Friendly and helpful owner, clean room and bathroom

Excellent wifi. The best I have found in a month of traveling in Sri Lanka. Reasonably quiet.

Lack of engagement with staff. I saw the owner once when I arrived and his wife once to pay. All in three days. The rickety stairs to the upper floor weren’t exactly safe.

The lady was cordial and welcoming..... location was good ...

The fan not working properly....it is common in Sri Lanka to deliberately make fan work at low speed....it is summer and was not comfortable to sleep.....

Homestay in a great location only few minutes from the surf beach, supermarket and restaurants. Hosting family was very kind. There is also basic kitchen you can use. The bathroom is shared with other guests, but totally enough as there is not so many people.

Super good location, room was clean. Place has a nice balcony and comfy living room. Hosts responds to the problems very quickly.

At first, we couldn't use a kitchen, because other guest kept ALL of the dishes, pots and so on dirty. But after we reached a host, situation become slightly better.

Refused to accept the reservation after we booked and drove there after a tired day, told us they don't accept any reservations during those days and they forgot to change the settings on booking.com, we had to find another place for the night.
