O hotel alto do Rosário nos acolheu muito bem. O dono André, foi extremamente simpático e flexível a nossa estadia. O local nos fez sentir seguras e confortável.

Tudo muito limpo, quarto com cortinas, banheiro estava limpo. Baixa temporada, fiquei só no quarto. Só tinha 3 pessoas na casa. Ouvi de outro hóspede que quando tem muita gente a limpeza deixa a desejar pois o anfitrião não mora lá.

A localização não é das melhores. Fica no alto de um morro e tem muita ladeira e escadaria pra chegar lá. Sair e voltar é cansativo. Não tem nenhum cartaz ou placa na fachada e o anfitrião não estava lá, custou um pouco pra chegar, apesar de eu ter dito o horário previsto da chegada. Achei até que não estava no endereço correto. Ruim de tomadas pra recarga de celular.

Proximo do Centro, André e Renan são anfitriões muito amigáveis e disponíveis a ajudar sempre que necessário. A localização é boa, bem perto do centro de Vitória.

A frequencia de limpeza das areas comuns, especialmente banheiro. Quando o ambiente ficava com mais pessoas a lixeira da cozinha ficava cheia e o banheiro muito sujo. Fora isso, tudo tranquilo.
