Curt's cozy room rentals

The room itself was clean.

Room is in a very dated double-wide mobile home. It was difficult to ascertain where the room actually was. There was a lot of junk around the home like old cars, etc. When you walked in it smelled like 30 years of fried food, and very dark. There was a guy sleeping on the couch, and another couple in another bedroom. We all shared the one bathroom (well not me - I paid $18 at the Pilot truck stop to shower)… Just wasn’t for me I guess.

The room was clean, well appointed, and the wifi worked perfectly. The bathroom was clean. I felt very safe while staying there.

Such a great find for such a bargain price, clean, comfortable, cozy, and although it was a flying visit and we only saw Curt briefly, he really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond in making us feel at home.

Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room is tastefully decorated. Access to and from the freeway is also good.

The neighborhood is not very inviting to walk around.

Curt was very nice and welcoming. The place felt safe and was very clean. The location is good, and the price good for the location. The AC was on for our arrival so the room was nice and cool. The interstate noise did not bother us.

I paid for a queen room but received a double. This would not normally be a big deal, but in addition to being smaller than expected, the bed itself was jiggly, and just not great. I got only two hours sleep and my partner not much more. So while I appreciated the welcoming stay, our essential need for good sleep was not met.

We booked this property and thought it was a great deal and it had great reviews. What the reviews failed to mention was the rooms say they have air conditioning but they don’t, they have fans. But Utah in the summer needs air conditioning. The main house area seems to have it but not the room rentals. Curt seemed friendly. Another thing the reviews and post fails to mention is it is a trailer in a trailer park. We didn’t feel safe having 2 kids with us in that area. But we were really disappointed that the post on this place stated that it had air conditioning in the rooms but it did not. We didn’t end up staying there and had to get another hotel to stay in.

Host was welcoming, generous and kind. Offered bottled water and soda and even dinner. I left a pair of earrings, and he called the next day and offered to mail them!

Location was a little unnerving at first, but ... you don't get a view for this price!
