Czystość, przygotowany pokój, blisko aneks kuchenny. Sprawny czajnik jak i lodówka, dostępna mikrofalówka (choć z niej nie korzystałem). Dostępny zlew, płyn do mycia naczyń. W pokoju była osobna łazienka (toaleta, prysznic - nie mikro, umywalka, i na niej mydło), kosz na śmieci.
