Расположение хорошее, рядом остановка и магазины. Нам повезло, что людей было не много - от этого и было тихо. Если полное заселение, то и голоса и как ходят, конечно, слышно (на выходные приезжало больше людей и тогда было слышно). На третим этаже номер скорее больше просто для сна (маловат, но за свои деньги скорее оправдан). Холодильник сразу за дверью был. Попали в номер очень удобно и сами. Первую ночь было прохладно, попросили включить немного отопление в ванной. В целом в ванной сыровато. Если учитывать соотношение цены - качества, думаю остановились бы еще раз.

Маловат номер, подушка не совсем удобная, в ванной сыро, душ средний по комфорту
