Staffs were really kind, cleanliness was great, located nearby Main Street

Very weak water pressure, No personal fridge, no hairdryer, Water temperature was not stable

The hotel is located near the BBQ restaurant and the main tourist street. The room was big and clean.

The photos of the roof terrace are incorrect. There was only one big table but it's a perfect place for the evening.

Location was good. The room and bathroom were clean and everything worked fine. The owners were Friendly and helpful with information and helping us find a place to park the car.

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was also great. Walking distance to the main Tulum Street. The staff was also really friendly.

The water pressure in the wash basin was really low. It was very difficult to wash hands and brush.

The owners were friendly overall and the place was relatively clean and had good AC.

Location was just ok, it was very difficult to find (no signs or other information, had to call the owner to find it). Floor felt like it still had soap or cleaning products on it and there was noise until 1 in the morning / not much soundproofing. Need to pay for the room in cash if you don't want an extra credit card surcharge.
