"We had a terrible night. The kid was suffocated because of the smoke. She couldn't sleep."

I like everything, except the fact that the owners are heavy smokers. We booked a non-smoking room for an adult & a child, but the house was full of smoke.

Lovely hosts, lovely dog. Gallery/ studio and artwork by Ron is amazing. Excellent breakfast. Apledoorn itself is lovely with a superbly maintained park right next to the house. Short walk to numerous eateries just down the road in the town centre.

Leis and Ron are amazing hosts and made me feel really comfortable and at home. The room was beautiful, clean and the surroundings peaceful. Bonus star for their star, Tuk the dog!

"Small heaven on earth"

We were welcomed warmly and felt at home in an instant. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast could be eaten whenever we liked to. The bathroom was also very clean and provided everything one could need. We missed nothing and could ask Ron and Lise whenever we needed a tip or help with anything. It was a relaxed, friendly and warm atmosphere. 10/10 would definitely recommend :)

it was a crazy experience living in an B&B. the owners were really nice and the rooms where totally fine. beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable but for one night it was okay :) the breakfast had a lot to offer!
