There are many squirrels, peacocks, tropical myna bird, cuckoos, chameleon & mangoes hence request all guest to respect all living begins around us. The property is in the middle of around 1000 acre cashew farm land. We are natural friendly and welcome all living begins.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. I really liked the architecture of the resort, with lot of open space, greenery. The rooms, bathrooms, the bed mattress were absolutely neat and clean. It's really value for money.the staffs were really friendly and service minded.

I couldn't think of anything negative.

Rooms are neat and clean, small pool well maintained, staffs well behaved.

Only tea price surprised me like "WoW 😮". One cup tea charged Rs.45. ( may say anything). Better go and take food and other things outside, else ask price before ordering, otherwise will get surprised.

Beautiful property and kind staff. Safe for solo female traveller. The breakfast was wholesome. The sheets were very clean as the host is very particular about cleanliness. There's a large pool and the location is perfect. The host is wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend this place 10/10.

The rooms are great, swimming pool was good. Best part was no TV inside the room which helped us to interact within our family. Location is very good but yes, the entry area is slight confusing.

All things were good but I think the caretaker (not the manager) needs to be more polite and see what guest is looking for. As during the night we need to have our food and I saw another group of people occupied the complete dinning area for the dinner and drinks, I requested the manager to put one table and chairs near the room (as my room was in GF) so that we can have the dinner. The caretaker was told infront of me but he was too busy with that big group. Also his behaviour was not good. He should know how much food is left and how many guest were still pending for food and should have ordered accordingly. Enough parking space.
