Jelajah Batukaras

The location was perfect. We were on a walking distance from the beach, restaurants and supermarket. We booked surfing lessons via our host. He also arranged that we were picked up to our surfspot. Additionally, he helped us book a taxi from his accomodation to our next destination.

There were a lot of mosquitos in the room.

Everything was great. The room was very clean and the village is really nice. Adi and Adit were really helpful and responsive. Adi helped us to rent a scooter as well as to organise transportation. We wish we could have stayed longer to surf even more.

Nothing.

Our room was spacious and clean and it came with a water dispenser with free drinking water which is nice to save plastic. The location is also great. The homestay is close to restaurants, the main beach (which gets very beautiful and secluded once you leave the village behind) and the main surfing beach with nice waves. Adi‘s and his families friendliness and help was beyond words. Whenever we had a question or a problem, they were instantly there for us. We felt very welcome there.

The bathroom didn’t smell very good from time to time but that’s very common and no big deal.

Location is great, Adi is a delight and the Green Canyon tour that he recommended was BRILLIANT. The laundry facilities were also first class. You can walk to a few good restaurants nearby.

The beds in the family room were very uncomfortable. No breakfast option was limiting as there aren't many places to choose from nearby.

The property was amazing! Very spacious and clean. Two big beds. And you will have your own water tank in the room. The location is perfect in between two very nice surfspots. And the hosts are the nicest people!!

Adi, the host was fantastic. Je helped me rent a motorcycle and even gave me a ride to the early morning bus to Yogyakarta. AC worked well.

There were ants in the room.
