Perfect. Located in a very quiet and nice block with supermarket nearby. The landlord and Hayley are very helpful，room is very clean and comes with various facilities, thanks a lot for the room. You must choose this one.

70 Surrey St is super convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby. It's in a very peaceful and safe area. The hosts, Nick and Hayley are fabulous...they were very helpful and welcoming. I'd highly recommend their " home from home".

Friendly hosts. Both Nicholas and Hayley. Location was very excellent. Easy access to most places we wanted to visit.

Perhaps a garage for car would have been better. But it was acceptable to parked off-road.
