the road going to the place is slippery because of the near by constructions.

Transaction was smooth from booking to check out. Owner is easy to reach and very accommodating. The building staff are accommodating as well. The place is very family friendly and there's a store at the lobby so we could easily buy things or food we need.

There's a new building being constructed to the view isn't really nice but we still enjoyed staying at the veranda to get fresh air especially in the morning.

within the city. very accessible to everything.internet connection is fast. 😊

the tv is not even colored, and is not smart to enjoy netflix. only local channels which is not good.
