Gastgeber war überaus freundlich und stets bemüht, hat ebenfalls gute Essensempfehlungen. Auf Anfrage gibt es (gegen Gebühr) auch Frühstück, es werden hierbei auch persönliche Präferenzen berücksichtigt. Privatssphäre auf dem Zimmer wird berücksichtigt, man kann es auch abschließen.

Die Matratzen müssen ausgetauscht werden, schlafen bzw. aufwachen ohne Rückenschmerzen ist ansonsten leider nicht möglich. Matratze 1 = komplett durchgelegen. Matratze 2 = Federn stecken teilweise in den Rücken.

"Cozy big room in private house with friendly host."

Cozy big room, lot of space. All very clean and well designed in every detail. Modern big bathroom. Good wifi. The host is very nice, we had good chat. The house is in a quiet residential area. A good option to stay if you have to visit nearby cities of Bochum or Essen. or other places in the well connected Ruhr Area. About 10 min to shopping street or to the bery beautigul old town, 15 to 20 Min walk to Hattingen Mitte for S-Bahn train to Essen or tram to Bochum. Much closer to the house is also the bus station for bus 350 directly to Bochum.
