Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht weit vom Bahnhof, Tierpark und Bauhaus entfernt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Die Wohnung entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Küche und Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem waren Zimmer, Küche und Bad bei Ankunft in einem unsauberen Zustand. Beim Auschecken wiesen wir den Vermieter darauf hin. Er reagierte freundlich und bot eine teilweise Rückerstattung an. Trotzdem sollte die Reinigung vor weiteren Anreisen durch andere Personen deutlich verbessert werden.

Rene hat mich persönlich empfangen. Da das Zimmer in seiner Wohnung belegt war und um es für eine Nacht nicht zu verkomplizieren, bekam ich ein Balkonzimmer in der Wohnung darunter. Bad und Gäste WC sauber. Tolle Gegend und nur 5min vom Dessauer Haupbahnhof. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Persönlicher Empfang beim einchecken. Zentrale Lage und Parkmöglichkeit unmittelbar vor dem Objekt. Die Schlafgelegenheit war i. O..

Das genutzte Zimmer und das Mobiliar war aus meiner Sicht renovierungsbedürftig und eine Reinigung erfolgte offensichtlich lediglich vordergründig.

Sehr nahe am Bahnhof und an einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer liegt zudem recht günstig am Elberadweg.

Die Bilder der Zimmer/Bad sind etwas älter und der Zustand ist mittlerweile etwas abgenutzter.
