"The owner should do some maintenance as the house does not look well maintained."

The house did not well maintained, the house is not clean as per expected. Better the owner of the house maintain the house in good condition. The rooms which sharing one bathroom doesn't come with mirror, only the toilets has the mirror. The air conditioner not that cold and there is no aircond in living room. The 2 chairs near the wall side was very dirty.
