"meet my requirements"

I needed to be close to the hospital and it was minutes away so perfect for my requirements . Lovely owner and great little cafe next door . Coffee machine in the room which was a great bonus .

struggle to find wifi password but got there in the end!

"If you like quiet and don’t mind a short commute, this is a great little place to stay."

Very clean and quiet. There was literally a Park View and coffee shop just steps away. Nice suburban neighborhood and very peaceful.

It was a little far from the city centre but the bus stop was an only a short walk. We actually walked in to town in about 30 minutes and enjoyed it.

"Really good Stay in a Nice Area"

The area was excellent, really quiet place, perfect for a good night of sleep, the room very clean, with a small refrigerator in case you need, the gave us water muffin , coffee, so it has more than i expected, recommended place, the caffe of the place near it was great, Ger was very nice with us.

Nice fluffy towels.

Location! Lack of communication with host! No wifi code provided! Awful bed! Broken blind! I’ll fitting toilet seat! Would not recommend! Totally overpriced! Had to ask for milk and sugar for tea!

"Exceptional"

Ger was absolutely pleasant!! Communication was great, room was tidy clean, made for a comfortable stay. Coffee at the cafe next door was the best. Location was great, as we were attending Kingfisher Sports club

I have never written a review. But, I had to share my positive experience as this was outstanding. Lovely facilities and Ger was so helpful. The small coffee shop is beside the house was also a lovely addition. Great shower facilities and bed.

Room was comfortable and facilities and little extras were appreciated.

A TV would have been good to watch the sporting events taking place at the time when pubs weren't open.
