A hospedagem possui uma ótima localização sendo perto dos terminais de ônibus e rodoviária, os banheiros e quartos são limpos e agradáveis.

Impossibilidade de sair em certos horários, por restrições em relação a abertura do portão. Uma recomendação seria colocar um portão automático ou incluir a chave do portão na estadia. Um pouco de barulho também.
