Private room overlooking the beach

Perfect location with private beach. Cesar was super friendly, we found water and fruit waiting for us, as well as coffee and all the necessities to cook.

The appartement is close to the beautyful sea. It is big. It is clean. It is very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Shops and restaurants are close. The energy there is perfect. We had a room with sea view We woke up with the sea and we went sleeping with the sea. Perfect vacation!

I had the best stay at this property! Cesar was an excellent host. He was super helpful before and after my arrival, and even offered to take me and my apartment mate to a nearby beach for a local experience on the last day! He had towels, fruit, and robe waiting in the room. The room is equipped with Netflix and an Alexa to play your favorite tunes! The view is spectacular, you can watch the sunset and rise over the beach and even walk a few steps and be on the beach. The beach area designated for this set of apartments has chairs, beds, and tables! Overall, I had a great stay. This is a good location, place, and price for a solo traveler! Super safe gated community

Not all the taxi drivers know to come through the gate and down the road to grab you (it is a new community) You have to explain it to them! Luckily I spoke Spanish. Long dirt path with apartments being built that you must ride/walk down before getting to this building. Construction is not loud, so you rarely notice. Cesar explained an alternative route as well! Really not a big deal, just something to be aware of it your not up to walking!

wonderful view full kitchen

there is a camera that watches us 24 hours a day wherever you are in the apartment, in the living room and kitchen and even at the entrance to the bedroom and the entrance to the bathroom. sharing the apartment is fine, but being watched is unacceptable and invasive. not enough hot water to take a shower. air conditioning did not work . the bed makes a creaking noise, an absurd creak, if you breathe lying on it, it creaks. I honestly don't know if the points against were worth the view.

Everything was AMAZING! Cesar is an incredible host, we arrived late from the airport and he was waiting for us, showed us the apartment, in our room he left juice, water, fresh fruits, a beer and sandwiches for us to have which was very nice because it was late we were hungry. The location couldn’t be better the beach with a private part for the building is right there, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few minutes walking distance away, the view in the morning during sunrise is breathtaking! The apartment has everything you need and wish for, super clean, nicely decorated to bring that beach ones we were looking for, Cesar provided towels, beach towers, robes,…. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped to make my meal you want and there’s a mini fridge in the room. The apartment has only two rooms but each has its own bathroom and all the doors are locked with a digital fingerprint locker so you can go to the beach not worrying about keys or cards…

Cesar, the owner, is very kind and helpful. The location is incredible, front row on the beach. Loved the swing on the balcony. I am glad I cancelled the all-inclusive hotel and stayed at Cesar’s place instead. Wonderful and relaxing 3 days!

Everything was perfect, super clean, location is just few meters from the beach. Highly recommended

Cesar is a great host, very helpful, took extra time to share what to see in the area. Very easy to communicate and friendly person, highly recommend!
