Friendly family/hosts, hot water in bathroom, good home cooked food, location quiet, balcony to sit and enjoy food and peace, not too far to walk to the main town of Anachal.

Listing and communication with the property management was inaccurate, the photos that were used on our room option were not all our room, some were for the family apartment next door. So it was misleading, we were led to believe we would have access to a kitchen and fridge and no extra charge was listed and was not mentioned in messages, when we arrived we were told we couldn't use the kitchen or fridge after buying food to cook with. A compromise was made for 2 days when nobody stayed in the family apartment with the fridge and kitchen, we could use them at an extra charge of 500rupees. The listing needs amending to be very clear about what is included in the room and the price. The other issue was noise from other guests, in our room we could hear the guests next door, snoring, talking, banging, everytime guests used the stairs it was very loud, (I say guests because when the family and ourselves used the stairs we did not make the noise).

Little cleaning would help

being remote in nature, friendly ladies who live there (no English), bucket showers in the afternoon when the water is warm from the sun - rustic vibes. The manager can organize day trips at a fair price, such as local hikes, which we highly recommend.

No breakfast was disappointing hospitality at $50 USD per night. The manager is only available via WhatsApp because he only visits the property to collect money, so you’re basically on your own if you only speak English. The location is remote, it’s a very dark 1km road to town so not recommended for female travelers.

Clean, quite, very spacious and a gracious host.

The location was a little off the road. The host was very kind but the communication was a little difficult as she didn’t know English that well.

Absolutely lovely family, extremely helpful and accommodating. Balcony very private.

Food quality exceptionally good. The views were great, Balcony was amazing to chill in. Beds were comfortable. All services were handy , they cooperated the entire stay even with language barrier.

It's 2 bedroom house with broken toilet door and no without hot water. Cleanliness is not upto the mark and you need your own transportation always
