There was nothing not to like about it. Modern facilities in rural setting with traditional warm welcome and hospitality.

This lovely country residence is superlative on every level. The property itself is modern and very comfortable. The gardens stunning. Patricia brought me over to her vegetable and fruit patch highlighting how to maximise raspberries for next years crop. She's also very keen on maximising biodiversity with bee hotels etc in her garden. Her garden is full of stunning flowering plants. A truly memorable person. Tim is also very friendly and welcoming and we all had a good chat after my meal out that evening. It just felt so relaxed there. The breakfast was beautifully presented and tasted even better. We talked about the various attractions in the Boyne valley. There's lots of information on this on premises. We also discussed our mutual love of very nice restaurant experiences. If you would like an exceptionally memorable meal a mile away look no further than Mr Fleury who runs the Cross and Guns restaurant nearby. A French chef with Michelin star experience in France. Really I left this property feeling I have to come back. Tim and Patricia are both excellent hosts. Look no further.
