"Calidad-precio razonables y estancia tranquila como en la de un piso en común"

La independencia y el respeto y tranquilidad a la hora de compartir zonas comunes en el piso. Buena ubicación no muy lejos del centro y servicio extra de toallas. También la ubicación sencilla de solo subir una planta.

La habitación no ha estado del todo acondicionada pese a haber un ventilador de techo. Aun así, no es una gran incidencia.

Ideal rate price/quality, nice location, quiet and 50 metres to local bus N02 easy to get centre, close to supermarket, good equipped kitchen, fridge and washing machine, very clean toilet and bathroom. Hardly to find something like this for very reasonable price. And thanks Marinas staffs for quick and simple check in and check out

There is no air conditioning in the room but fan is quite enough for comfortable living, so it looks like not important
