Cozy Flat

Is very well located close to bus stations, there are coffee shops, supermarkets, there is everything you need. In less than 15 min you can get by bus to the city center. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. The internet connection is very good, I was able to work without any interruptions. The place has all the amenities you need, there is a washing machine as well. Towels are provided, as well you can find shampoo and shower gel.

Location is great if you need to use tram (city overground train) Price/ quality really good at this time of the year. Host Marines has been exceptional as she brought the house keys to another town due to my own mistake. She also allowed me to check out at 15:00 without paying any extra fee. A cleaning person checks the flat every day which needs to be taken into account if you need some extra privacy. But the flat is always pristine; shower room, kitchen and living room have new appliances and modern furniture. Overall and considering the price I would give this place 8 out of 10

The rooms can be noisy from other tenants or from neighbours upstairs. Depending the reason of your stay this can also be a positive or negative.

the toilet’s door, a bit broken and very noisy, it’s a bit uncomfortable as you’re sharing the flat
