Perfect. 11 out of 10. Welcoming and friendly hosts very hospitable sharing their home.Plenty of space to keep to yourself. Use of lounge area and outdoor space with gorgeous garden.Beautifully presented self serve breakfast with selection of teas, cereals and different breads for toast. A home away from home. Delightful hosts. Beautifully appointed, lovely home style touches.

Very Nice Place Host was fantastic welcoming great yard (pity it rained)

Bacon Eggs in the breakfast would be an improvement It was ok coninental type toast cereal juice coffee

A very comfortable B and B. We did not know much about Orange or where to eat. Our hosts were friendly and could provide much information about Orange. A great place to stay.
