"Welcoming atmosphere and good value."

The room was spacious, the gardens were lovely and the listed building had lots of character. There was a nice pub/ Indian restaurant across the street too. The owners were really helpful and made us feel like welcome family going over and above.

We were there for an extended stay and a small fridge in the room would have been nice but this was more than made up for as one of the hosts made sure we hade frozen ice bottles for my husbands ice machine every morning.

Easy access by bus to Gatwick airport. Able to leave the car at the property for duration of trip away. Sam was so warm and welcoming

Took a while to get hot water in the bathroom in the morning

"Fantastic stay"

The owner Sam was so lovely, and so passionate about her property. We loved hearing about the history of the grade II listed building, and if you're a fan of the Tudor period, this place is for you! The outdoor area is amazing; it was so safe for our little one to play and explore, seeing deer in the morning too. We really liked the library area too, and lots of thoughtful touches for guest experience. Booked for husband's birthday, and upon hearing this, Sam upgraded our room. Thank you again Sam!

Nice welcome from owner,very close to the Greyhound pub/excellent Indian restaurant.

Having to leave for LGW 4 a.m. check in! So missed anything normal after that!
