Jess was a great host...made me and my dog feel very welcome. The room was perfect for what we needed, very clean and comfortable...and the continental breakfast was delicious.

Very dog friendly. Continental breakfast excellent (a small cafetiere in room would be fantastic!)

The bed was comfortable.

The room was a converted garage of a house on a housing estate and looked out onto the parked cars on the drive. The shower was little more than 2 foot square and difficult to use and would have been impossible for larger people. A somewhat dangerous situation was the location of the television which we both walked into, so at night we had to drape a towel over it to prevent injury. This was mentioned to the owner who said that a previous guest had banged her head on it!
