Location, quiet room, self check in. Comfortable bed. Good wifi

Didn’t look as though they had changed the bed sheet. The place needed a deep clean. To get the shower to run hot, I had to run the basin hot tap at the same time.

Excellent location if you are driving to London or Luton.The property is really close to the M 1. The room was really clean with a comfortable bed. We didn't use it but the property has a cozy living room and spacious kitchen.

It was dirty and there was no hot water.

Ease of checking in. Location and comfort. The host was very nice and himself and a colleague transported us to and from the airport at a reasonable cost. We parked 2 cars near the property at a cost of £5 a night.

There was a large bottle of milk in the fridge that was 10 days out of date. Toiletries and food bits in the drawers looked like they'd been left there from previous guests for a very long time.

the bed needs changing as it gave me backache. the lightening in room was poor. heaters off from 9-4pm.
