Great room for a great price. Very nice hosts and delicious breakfast! Can rent scooter and do laundry on property for amazing price! Great location for walking anywhere into Kuta but still on a quiet road. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kuta

The staff are really nice and helpful. Free water refill is great. Amazing banana pancakes for breakfast! Scooter rental available. Shower is great pressure, and hot in the deluxe rooms. Really great location, not much road noise.

The rooms are so dirty. Toothpaste stains, cobwebs and spiders everywhere. We had thousands of ants in our room. No toilet roll or bidet in any of the rooms. No hooks for towels. Loud construction next door. I think even for the low-ish price this isn't really acceptable.

Location is perfect, in the Center but quite quiet. The staff is really nice and breakfast is really good

They staff was friendly. The breakfast pancakes are delicious. They have cats around and we love kittens that's why it was awesome for us. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. Sometimes you can hear the mosque.

At first there was no toilet paper, we had to ask them but then they gave it directly. The room itself could be cleaned more. The bed wasn't the most comfortable one. The blanket was uncomfortable it was a small cotton blanket.

Location was quiet and far enough from the noise of Main Street but close enough to walk around (10/15mins through an easy small road). Easy to rent motorbike at good price and very nice breakfast served on the porch. Free water dispenser and friendly staff.

Room is a bit sad. It’s very simple and just needs a bit of love, but is okay.
