stayed there multiple times and they were happy to see me back. friendly staff and nice that you can have omelet for breakfast and not only banana pancakes like in most stays. water pressure in the fan rooms was awesome which is rare

the accommodation is really close to the center of kuta, the breakfast is included with the price and the staff is really friendly!! so nice to stay few days here

i advice to book the AC room, they are newest and cleaner for not too much more money

- the AC was working good - yummy breakfast (banana pancake or omlet) - comfy bed - towels - hot shower, good water pressure - nice staff -location was good, near restaurants and supermarkets - you can rent a scooter there for 65k per day - we could easily extend our stay

- Wifi was so low, the most time we couldn’t use it - a lot of spiders and spider webs in the bathroom - when we checked in our room the window was open, so there were so many mosquitos in the room!! - no mosquito net and the ceiling was too high for putting on your own net - open window in the bathroom, no glass or net in front of it, so a lot of insects came in and MOSQUITOS! - we couldn’t close the bathroom door because the lock was broken - no hook for the towels

The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was very delicious to. Also the family was very kind and helped with everything. If you want you can rent your scooter there also.
