Reception, kitchen, stairs

Room not checked before arrival, tv not working, no spoons one coffee cup, no toilet paper, ants in toilet, some mould, bed made from pallets and scrap wood, shower light removed, no WiFi pass posted,toiletries little sachets impossible to open when hands wet, shower turned to lowest heat, motor clicking on and off all night, building noise fron 7.30. Windows looked on to concrete walls, was charged £8.88(309,000) for better room that didn't exist. Floor fibre laminate lifting at edges.door lock didn't work properly had to fiddle with from 2 turns to 15, needs replacing. Too much attention to ornaments and not to the room.
