Central location

Excellent location and value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, aircon and shower pressure/temperatures worked well. The host, Ongki, was friendly and always willing to help.

Very clean lovely pool. Comfy clean beds. Peaceful and quiet no noise from the road. Nice welcome from the owner.

It was a bit sparse. No where to hang clothes. No pressure in the shower I had to stand really close to the wall and wasn’t tall enough to get shower head off.

The owner, Ongki, makes all the difference — he's truly an exceptional host. The garden and swimming pool are great for relaxing. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious.

If I had to mention anything, it would be that the shower was positioned in such a way that the whole bathroom got wet — maybe a squeegee would help.

The family are lovely. Great central position and opposite popular cafes.

Mothball smell in room. Shower wets the entire bathroom and toilet.

Ongki was really friendly and helpful. Hotika is great location close to lots of excellent cafes and restaurants and not far from the beach. Nice clean pool.

Minor point but bathroom could be improved - our shower head was quite old/broken and sprayed out in every direction soaking the whole bathroom. Shower direction could be changed so it's not spraying at the toilet - or a barrier/curtain as there currently isn't one
