"Terrible, will never book this place again!"

Nothing!

The place appeared to have been closed down for a long time as when we entered the property, it had a terrible musty smell which was suffocating. It was neither ventilated nor cleaned at all. The sofas were dilapidated, stained and the blinds and wall plastering were all coming apart. The kitchen was appalling with a terrible stench emanating from within. The kitchen sink had a build-up of algae and mold, the toaster was not cleaned with debris inside sitting for God knows, how long! The pillows in the bedroom had saliva stains on them, the bedsheets had weird stains and discolouration. The bed was completely flattened and worn out. The property pictures must have been taken when it was brand new and the present state of the property doesn't match the pictures on booking.com.
