GREEN HOME STAY

We enjoyed the breakfast offered which was different each day but if we had preferred something else, I think it would have been accommodated. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet and safe location yet within easy walking distance of the Metro. There are cafes close by but we went to Hazratganj by Metro each day as it has more choice of cafes and good restaurants. The owners Neeraj and Seema were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us plan an itinerary that suited us. Neeraj has a trusted friend and Tuk Tuk owner that will take you out for one trip, half a day or a full day at your convenience and a at fair price. Neeraj and Seema also helped us to reschedule our ongoing journey from train to coach travel when we heard our train was to be eight hours late.

It was our first visit and we only planned four night but should have stayed longer.

Amazing home (one of the owners is an architect) and the rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. The owners are very friendly, providing great breakfast and tips for exploring Lucknow. I arrived with an illness and they were very supportive, even offering me a room for free after checkout time while I waited for a flight.

The host and place were very good.

We can say that meeting Mr. Neeraj & her wife and sharing some beautiful time over their beautiful terrace was the best part of Lucknow. They just treated us as their family. They even helped me with medicines and preparing kadha for my health issue. They helped in planning our trip and most importantly, they took care of our security over their profits. Highly recommended place when you visit Lucknow.

It was a "Home away from home"! We had a bedroom each, and bonus of our own private living room, and free use of terrace garden and summer house. Neeraj and Seema were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure we had an awesome stay to their lovely city- whether it be sightseeing, breakfast, or matters more personal like avcessing a Dr. Great advice re transport to/from various heritage sites/ gardens; sharing of in-depth knowledge of the architecture and history of various "must see" buildings, shrines and gardens ; reflecting the varied influences from Persia, Turkey and Europe.

Not much. Appreciate that you now take payment in $ and £- had so much trouble trying to use various atm machines. Thanks for writing your address in Hindi for us so that we could get from metro to house when using tuk tuk or taxi! Looking forward to that Information file/maps for each room.

It’s a beautiful house within walking distance of a small shop for basic food, quality shops, metro, launderette and a good family run restaurant. We had breakfast in our hosts lovely garden room, an oasis of calm. We also had our own private kitchen, and patio.

The hosts were very helpful and sweet. We had to leave early before their stuff arrived but still they made breakfast for us. The couple was really sweet. They helped us with the route and let us do late check in at night.

It was close to the airport in a residential area. Far from the main city. It's a 30-40 minute drive from Hazratganj main market.

It was excellent hospitality and so is the stay.. Mr. and Mrs. Kushwaha are great host. They are always there, whenever you need them and they were very helpful throughout my stay and helped me to know more about Lucknow. Highly recommend and appreciate there hard work and extra 5 stars to Mrs seema’s poha & paratha..
