Villa Four Seasons

Es war alles sehr sauber und die Lage war perfekt. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral bei vielen guten Restaurants und die Nähe zum Strand. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

We booked the 4 bedroom apartment because we were a 5 people group (2 couples & 1 single). The apartment was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had a freezer, water dispenser etc. The host was very polite, friendly and helpful, always trying to accommodate your needs. We asked for extra towels and he brought them right away. They also came to clean the apartment in our 6 days stay. He was forthcoming in announcing us that there was a planned power outage during one of the days so we could plan ahead. The placement is very good, you have a lot of restaurants nearby and you are 5 min away from the beach. All in all good value for the money.

Out of the 4 rooms only 2 have private bathroom and the other 2 rooms have a shared bathroom on the hallway. You should keep that in mind if you expect all 4 rooms to have a bathroom. Also, 2 of the rooms are very close to the other building around and it can get a bit noisy at various moments during the day but we cannot fault the property for that.

Самый лучший гест хаус что мы снимали на Шри Ланке, нас было 5 человек, 2 взрослых и 3 детей, смело можно было расположить еще 2 семьи, так как 4 большие комнаты, 3 сан узла, большой хол и плюс на кухне есть все необходимое, так что то что не было завтрака для нас было не проблемой, сами купили продукты в супер маркете не подалеку и готовили, плюс есть стиральная машина с функцией сушки, что очень нужно в странах с такой влажностью, Хотели еще на сутки задержаться в этом месте, но к сожалению уже другие люди забронировали, Если ищете место в Мириссе, чтобы рядом был пляж, то обязательно тут останавливайтесь,

Manager esperto nell' accoglienza dei turisti stranieri. Ottimo check in. La camera era enorme ; comprendeva tutto un piano con scala privata. Letti straordinari con vista su giardino tropicale e balcone. Bagno immenso. Costa molto poco rispetto a quello che offre. Sicuramente lo consiglio a tutti. La camera inoltre dispone anche di un soggiorno ampio con frigorifero grande con surgelatore . Si dorme benissimo. Nessun rumore. Solo vista sul verde. ,,

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé proche de la plage mais dans une cour paisible. C'était très agréable de séjourner dans un appartement pendant notre voyage et de se retrouver comme à la maison avec une cuisine équipée, de quoi étendre son linge, manger sur la terrasse...

Apartment: Very clean and large, with 4 bedrooms, a huge living room, 3 bathrooms, one kitchen, one balcony . The decoration of the apartment is very nice. Staff: The owner is very kind, efficient and helpful. He solve all little problems Localization: the apartment is close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and shops, but in a quiet zone of Mirissa. 4 bedrooms: Very large with comfortable beds and with the necessary furniture . All beds have protection against mosquitoes. Air- Conditioning works in all the bedrooms very well Bathrooms - large, with showers with hot water. Small toiletries (soap) were provided. Kitchen: Is the small room of the apartment, but it has all the utensils to cook meals (pans, dishes, blender, toaster and refrigerator ). It has a washing machine that help us very much. Kitchen cleaning and laundry detergent products were provided, which was very convenient. Balcony: Excellent Wifi: Very Good In resume, this is a huge apartment, comfortable and very well equipped. We definitely would stay more days at this apartment.

The living room does not have AC, so it is a little hot in certain parts of the day. The frying pan should be replaced. The kitchen should have a stove. One can only pay with cash. There were construction works near but this is temporary.

The one bedroom apartment is large, with a well-equipped kitchen (pans, dishes, blender, toaster, kettle, and a large refrigerator with a real freezer). The bed and pillows are comfortable (not too soft, not too firm) with a good mosquito net and nice linens, and there is plenty of storage space for bags. There's plenty of water pressure and a water heater in the shower. The private balcony overlooks trees, and you can sometimes watch monkeys and birds. It's in a super convenient location, only a five minute walk to the beach and to the grocery. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance also. It's set back from the road so it's very quiet. Everything is clean and well maintained. The host, Shamil, is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We booked for one week, but we had a such a lovely stay, we extended for an additional week.

There's nothing to dislike.
