Deepak and his family are extremely friendly and helpful hosts. My room was big and had everything I needed for 2 nights stay. The room had aircon and a fan, and I was also able to do some laundry. They put out the gym equipment on the garden terrace when I asked. It is basic stuff but that's all is needed. The highlight for me was Sangeeta's home cooking - amazing!!! I recommend the DS special thali. Location is about 25 min tuktuk ride to ganges, which is cheap enough.

It was a little difficult to find - just use Google maps if you are going to walk like I did. Mosquito seem to get into my room so I'd recommend repellant before going to bed.
