Matty House

Brandi was awesome and very responsive. This is a family owned business and the house very clean. We picked this place primarily for its close proximity to the airport as we had a quick turn with an early flight. We were met at the airport and they were happy to drop us off in time to make our 6:00am flight. Wonderful service and a wonderful place at a great value.

WWe had planned to use the laundry facilities but unfortunately the dryer wasn't working and they werej waiting for it to be repaired. Things happen...

This is a excellent service if you are coming to or from the airport. We were picked up and dropped off to the airport (for a small charge) which made the whole process stress free and comfortable. The host even made us breakfast to take with us! The bedroom was clean and had a large comfortable bed, and a TV with Netflix which was a lovely touch. There were places to eat nearby which the host showed us towards.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable & what a warm greeting from Brandy & her father! Bed was comfortable, shower hot with good water pressure, & breakfast was a treat. I enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace & accessing tea in the kitchen until my next day flight.

I liked it all but be aware that home is near airport in a residential neighborhood. There is a park nearby as well as small market & eateries but don’t expect the plush gardens & coffee shops like in Miraflores.

Brandi was awesome. She made sure I was at the airport very early. The place was super clean. I will definately stay again if I'm in Lima and near the airport.

It was wonderful arriving at Lima airport & being met by Brandy & her father for transfer back to Marty house. The accommodation was sparkly clean & has the most comfortable beds. We also had a transfer back to the airport the next morning which made our stay very easy. Brandy & her mother made us a lovely breakfast we really enjoyed & appreciated.

Our room was facing the road which was a little nosy at night. I had my earplugs which helped a lot & I had a great sleep in my comfortable bed.

The services from the hotel is outstanding. Brandy picked us up from the airport and took us back very early the next day at 4 AM with the warmest welcome. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport. The surrounding area seems safe to me with lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel is very clean and comfortable with a nice terrace and a kitchen. I would recommend Matty House to anyone who needs to stay near the Lima Airport.

Matty's house fit the bill. We were looking for a place close to the airport to get a quick shower and a few hours of interrupted sleep between arriving into Lima and catching an early flight to Cusco the following morning. We paid extra to have Brandi pick us up and drop us off at the airport and they were so kind and patient to wait with plane delays. We were very happy with their service and grateful we opted to begin and end our trip to Peru with them. They were dependable and provided peace of mind that we were looking for.

There was a rooster crowing early in the morning. I had read reviews, so came prepared with ear plugs. Would recommend the same to others that may be light sleepers.
