"Exceptional"

Very friendly and welcoming staff! They also offered an airport pickup for an extra fee, which was super convenient. The room was big, very clean, and even had a huge TV with Netflix — a nice bonus. Breakfast was also really good, fresh and satisfying. Would definitely recommend!

The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Brandy and her family were wonderful hosts. Breakfast was also tasty. We couldn't have asked for more. We're returning to stay in Matty House for another night and would absolutely recommend it to anybody who's looking for an excellent accommodation near the airport.

Staff was nice and accommodating and gave us our breakfast to go, since we needed to leave early to the airport. The inside of the stay is quite nice and it had the best shower pressure of any place we stayed in Peru! They have a rooftop balcony area, which is nice.

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, and it is still 15-20 min from the airport. But, if you are looking for a relatively cheap stay that is still somewhat close, it is a good place.

Comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean room. We really enjoyed our one night visit. The staff were very welcoming - they recommended a lovely local restaurant for dinner and organised a lift to the airport for our early morning flight. Would definitely recommend!

"A great one night stay close to the airport!"

What really made it great was the smooth transfer to and from the airport (in May 2025 it was about $16) and how nice the family is! My flight got in after 10pm (22:00) and having someone waiting for you was just so easy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, shower was hot and with an amazing water-pressure. A complimentary bottle of water in the room was a nice touch. Brandy’s mom prepared a lovely home-made breakfast in the morning. 100% recommend this place together with the transfer to and from the airport while chatting about Peru, Lima etc. (make sure to request the transfer). Gracias!
