Su ubicación y el trato con la chica que nos recepcionó. Nos facilitó la entrada al apartamento a las 11:30 cuando llegamos. Dejamos nuestras pertenencias y marchamos de siteseeing

El es difícil es antiguo, muy peculiar en su decoración que no va conmigo. Yo prefiero estancias más escuetas donde la limpieza luzca más. Aquí es muy difícil percibirla al estar lleno de muebles y decoración antigua como de rastrillo

"A quirky studio in a great location"

A fantastic apartment in a great location. The apartment was very quirky with lots of unique features and everything we needed for our stay. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and all the main attractions of Brussels an easy walk away. Great communication from the owner. Despite the close proximity to busy bars, the apartment was very quiet.

La localisation en plein cœur de Bruxelles, la jolie déco très cocooning, la propreté et la réactivité du propriétaire!

Rien de problématique car les autres voyageurs présents dans la maison étaient calmes et respectueux. Comme le petit studio est situé juste à côté de la porte d'entrée, je craignais le bruit des allers-retours... mais ça n'a pas été le cas et les nuits ont été paisibles.

"Perfekte Lage, etwas muffige Wohnung"

Man hat genügend Platz, Bad und WC sind Recht neu und waren sauber. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war entspannt und wir konnten auch etwas früher in die Wohnung, da die Reinigungskraft schon fertig war.

Leider war die Wohnung teilweise etwas runtergekommen, insbesondere der Zustand der Wände und Decken im Schlafzimmer. Der Schimmel war sehr deutlich zu sehen und man hat insgesamt auch einen muffigen Geruch in der Wohnung, weswegen wir uns nicht besonders wohlgefühlt haben, dort zu übernachten. Allgemein ist es einfach ein altes Haus, was man an verschiedenen Ecken sieht.
