Free parking, Balcony, near to city park

The apartment is spacious enough. It has everything you might need. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. It has a decently sized balcony with a lawn chair and a table with two chairs. There are rolling blinds for the windows, so you can make the room very dark if you're sleeping until later. There's AC in the room, so we were very comfortable during our stay since it was more than 30C outside during the day. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The metro station is about a 5-minute walk from the property. It's the first/last stop for the specific metro line, so it's usually not crowded. You can reach the city center in about 15 minutes I'd say. Also, it takes a 10-minute walk to reach the City Park. The host was really nice as well, helped us with our luggage, and was very friendly and kind. They also recommended us some places to eat and drink and what not to miss during our stay. There is a free parking spot available, the car is parked in a nearby gated yard, so it's really safe.

The apartament is very clean and comfortable and is located in a quiet area, is equipped with lots of stuff and is a good deal especially for longer stays. It is 5 min away from the M1 line and it takes around 20 minutes to get in the city centre and nearby are markets and the city park. Parking is for free inside the courtyard next to the apartment building. We had a very nice welcoming and the communication with the owner was very smooth and good!

The owner is a genuinely nice guy, very helpful and polite. The room was perfectly clean (spotless), has a very nice atmosphere. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from the centre, a good choice for sightseeing during the day and relaxing in the evening. The balcony was a big plus, with cute lighting in the evening. The only thing to improve on is the coffee maker, it would be nice to have a more modern one, besides that everything was perfect. We highly recommend this place.

Everything is so cool. The owner is helpful, flexible and very nice to us. Definitely a good accommodation in a good location of Budapest.

Located on a quiet calm street. Equipped with everything you need. Good Wi-Fi. The garage solved the problem with parking. Spacious balcony. There were no problems. In any case, the owner was regularly interested in our needs and was always in touch. Really good place for two people
