Nice To Meet Home Stay

Excellent Homestay with Sammi and the family. Located in a laneway away from the main road gave a good experience of local ambience The family were generously hospitable providing delicious Sri-Lankan breakfasts and dinners on request. Rooms were very comfortable with verandahs. Central to many local places of interest including Sigirya, Polonarruwa, Ritigala and Ayurvedic Treatment Centres.

Very nice, quiet and comfortable stay. The hosts are lovely.

A bit difficult to find and road to the homestay is quite bumpy.

Outstanding! Beautifull young family providing a fantastic service the comfiest bed I have slept in. Ac can be set to freeze the nuts off an eskimo lovely and cool with private balcony with breakfast included in the super low price and they can even arrange a tuk tuk cheaper than any other in town would not stay anywhere else if I was to go back 10 minutes walk to the town with restaurants and supermarkets dotted inbetween

A warm family welcome on arrival. Great value for money. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the house design attractive. Wifi was effective. Set in a nicely maintained flower-filled village just out of town, with plenty of relaxed monkeys in the trees nearby. The husband's father lives next door and provided cheap and reliable transport on call and a very affordable elephant-viewing excursion was arranged. Breakfasts were provided at my preferred time. Perfect for a short stay to enjoy the eco park and other attractions.

Lighting is rather dim and could be upgraded.
