Very good accommodation. Feels like home. The bedroom is small but pleasant and the bathroom is very pretty. The big plus of this accommodation is the open-plan kitchen in the garden. Very pleasant location. Washing machine, microwave, air fryer, toaster and coffee machine. Beach umbrellas available. Smiling and welcoming owner.

Lack of basic equipment in the kitchen, which is a bit of a shame as it could enhance the place (although there is a toaster, air fryer and microwave). No real frying pan (only a tiny Teflon one), a single plastic board and a poor quality knife. High tourist tax to pay. Wifi not working in room. Apart from these minor details, everything was great, despite the owner telling me that 8 was not a good rating and that it was better not to write a review.

Couldn’t stay longer

İ had to stay overnight in Olbia and there were really few rooms available that night on booking, this was one of them. İ booked the room and called more then 10 times to the property- there was no answer, wrote them on booking and on whatsapp- no answer. After i arrived to the property i was told that there are no rooms available! İt was already 10pm. İ was offered to stay in another property by the owner. When we arrived there it turned to be a kindergarden! İ didnt agree to stay there. The owner gave me my money back but due to lack of the communication i lost a lot of time, it was already 11pm and finding another place to stay was a huge problem. Dear owners, please follow what is going on your booking account and answer the phone- thus both you and your clients escape unnecessary problems.

We loved the garden, the mood in the house and how kind the owner was.

Beautiful house in a very good district with a lovely terrace and garden. The owner, Sylvana, was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed the facilities very much, especially the garden. The room was big and clean. I also liked the fact that a good supermarket was close by (6 minutes). There are amazing food options in proximity as well.

Everything was great

Home away from home. Silvana now feels like a sister to me. Traveling alone with no car was easy, bus is less than 15 minute walk and I learned a lot about the area. Silvana helped me, her garden, the outdoor kitchen are well taken care of and a joy, a place to relax. The bedrooms and bathroom comforts, my bedroom had a balcony but in the back yard walk barefoot on the grass. What else ? I can go on and on. I will go again. First morning was a sunday, walked to super marcado and started my holiday like a local. Everywhere people are friendly and I need to learn Italian,, smiles need no language.

If you're looking for a place that isn't like the usual hotel, but more like a friends place to stay at, this is the choice then. The owner is absolutely wonderful and took great care of us. She even took us to see dolphins on her boat or, when we couldn't get a taxi, drove us to the airport on our last day. So really, one is made feel welcome and at home at this place; and I will have wonderful memories from that one week we stayed there. - Also, the outside kitchen is amazing. My friend and I already promised to come back...
