The building itself it’s beautiful also if it seems a little abandoned. It is clean and is in a quiet area. Dinner was good also if not so rich. They prepare everything on their own and use fresh ingredients. Breakfast was good but not so rich as dinner: home made bread but with no jam to put on except one that tastes of medicine, then they prepare you egg in the way you prefer.

The staff is almost always absent and the reception closed. One night we also remained closed on the rooftop and no one was thinking about us nor listening us trying to get someone’s attention. For most of the things we had to call by phone a girl that we saw only at the end for taking money. She was kind but the others were not so alert. There was no hot water and they don’t sell mineral water bottle.

It was very close to a ghat and you can feel the vibe of Varanasi. AC and Wifi worked very good.

The kitchen is not well equipped and has old appliances. Rooms have old furniture. If you have luggages be prepared to carry it for 350 - 500 meters depending how close the taxi can bring you.
