Autumn Inn

Loved this little "inn" on the pedestrian walkway right outside numerous restaurants and souvenir shops and people watching galore. Hard to find so enquire with owner before arriving as your taxi can't drive you to door. Hotel is everything one would want with a comfortable bed/linens, free water, cleanliness a priority, view spectacular and friendly staff who were so helpful and even spoke English for extra understanding. I loved this place for the cost it was super. Stayed only 3 nights but would love to go back for more. Location was perfect for tours and walking to river for cruises. Don't miss the handmade yogurt shop two doors down for the best fresh fruit/yogurt with nuts you'll ever try. And Rosewood Cafe for some international food which like me you might be craving is you are a foreigner and tired of oily veggies and rice!

Not sure about all the animals. They didn't bother me at all but felt guilty if I opened the door a little too long and a cat got out into the street. The owner just laughed and said no problem. But be aware there is a big dog and several cats if you are allergic. They add a little homey feel for me and the dog was super friendly and none bothered me in any way.

The room was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable and with beautiful views.

The room listing mentioned several amenities - refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave - that were not present. It would be best to update the listing with an accurate inventory to avoid confusion.

I liked everything: the room, the breakfast (western style), the location.

If you are a pet lover this place is for you. You will meet ZaiZai the dog and all his cat friends. Moreover you're gonna be kindly welcomed by the hostess who will provide all the information you may need. The hotel is in the middle of the main ancient street and the rooms are very well decorated. There's a garden for the sunny days too, and the hostess makes a very tasty coffe. We can only recommend this charming place!

Absolutely lovely place. Perfectly in the middle of the old street with access to all the local area and the best local architecture and food and attractions. The staff were lovely and there’s a really cute dog. Rooms were big and comfortable and warm. There’s a washing machine and dryer. Just a really great place.

Maybe it is unfair to compare, but first night I stayed in Ron's Inn, which is right next door, and it was so inspirational that this place came as a bit of a disappointment afterwards. It's just very small hallways, a hotel feel, the colours, the decoration, narrow communal space, and the internet that was not working.

My host was truly kind, she picked me up from the bus stop, ordered a cab for me when I was leaving, made a great matcha latte, truly nice people working in this establishment
