Sarah's dreamhouse B&B

We stayed in mid-November 2024. Taylor picked us up from the train station (even took us back a second time when we realized we had left our luggage there!). I was with my two young adult nieces and we had a room with three beds. There was a table in there which was super useful for spreading out all of our stuff (aka: all of our winter gear!) We did laundry one day too (additional cost) which was convenient as we hadn't traveled with many clothes and had already spent 2 days on the train. Having breakfast included in the price was really appreciated. We bought dinner from Taylor one night (his Asian food truck). We'd def stay again! Great location, great hosts, comfy beds. Thank you Taylor and family!!

everything was great, nothing negative at all

The apartment was amazing. We stayed in a private bedroom that had a lock and key for privacy when we were gone. The room had a dedicated thermostat to control just the temperature of our bedroom. We had access to the kitchen that had a stove, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, and a dining room. Each morning breakfast was prepared for us so we could focus on planning our excursion. They also own a food truck that has amazing food! There were 2 bathrooms and both had shower access, and nice hot water. 1 bathroom also featured a washer and dryer. The house had high speed internet, that worked great. There was walking access to everything in Churchill. We were 1 block from the grocery store and about 2 blocks from the Main Street. There is a vehicle available to rent if you need a vehicle for the day. The house was always clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They picked us up and brought us to the train station.

They do not provide a hair dyer.

This B&B exceed my expectations! Booking an accommodation in Churchill during polar bear season seemed impossible until I found this place. Luckily I got the last room available (family room for one person) I did book almost one year in advance. Taylor was an excellent host: pick up and drop off from station; drop off early morning for our tour with Frontier; info about town; he also cooks Chinese food. I also rented a car from him which it was a great way to get around and visit different places! Taylor allowed us to stay on the shared areas until our train departure as the station only open 1 h before. Breakfast was tasty and plenty: had potatoes, eggs and different meats (sausage, ham) coffee, bread. My room was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. There are two full bathrooms to be shared with shampoo and body shower! The shared kitchen is great to prepared your meal! Easy walking around town! We even see auroras from the dinning room window! I highly recommend this accommodation, specially if you like to travel independently!

Owner is very helpful picking us up and drop off at VIA station and also gives us useful info about the town. He also has a food truck can deliver Chinese take out for you.

Extra pillows would be great

Taylor was an excellent host. He collected and delivered us to and from station. He made substantial tasty breakfasts. He took me ti my polar bear tour. He answered our many many questions about life in Churchill from preventing freezing pipes to how you do your shopping. He was very knowledgeable about the area. The bathroom and kitchen were kept very clean and the lounge area made fir a sociable stay

Guests who also stayed at location were great! Nice to connect with like minded people.

Perhaps have liquid soap using a dispenser in the washroom (instead of a bar of soap to be used by all). And small hand towels - one time use - rather than one hand towel. Germs.

Location had good access to the area. Host went above and beyond to accommodate and Offered solid advice.
