Located on the main road

- Access to the location is poor. Taking car inside the premises is a herculean task. - No AC in most of the rooms. - Doesn't have a restaurant or a kitchen of it's own. Not even coffee / tea is available. The nearest restaurant is about 2 km away. Being a hilly terrain and absolutely no space for parking, makes life extremely difficult. More so if there are accompanying children / senior citizens. - The price charged is absolutely NOT value for money.

Nice and quiet hotel next to a restaurant. The room was nice and the bed was good. The manager was very helpful.

The room and especially the bathroom did not smell very fresh.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The check-in and checkout processes were hassle-free. The rooms were very clean. The view from outside was also amazing. There is a restaurant very near to the property and also a small cafe with VR games. The location is also excellent. Be sure to call the property in advance to know the best way to reach it. There is also enough space to park inside.

No inclusions to make tea were provided in the room.

I had an amazing stay, it was super clean and peaceful Mr. Mirudhun Lal explained a lot about in and around Ooty which helped us plan our trip even better.
