Lovely staff. Good location.

No lift with heavy bags. Window left open when we arrived which meant mosquitoes were in our room. Not that clean. Hard bed. Breakfast not included so not the best value for money in the area.

Super clean, friendly staff. Helped us with renting a scooter, very cheap! Room had ac and the hallway was quiet I would definitely recommend the hotel.

"Nice hotel, nice owner"

A very nice experience. The owner helped us reach his hotel from Hanoi, organising all the logistics, welcomed us to a nice clean room and even booked for us a day trip for the Ha Long Bay. He made us pay for everything in the end, making it very comfortable for us.

The room's window was facing a wall letting very few air inside but the air conditioning helped.

Very nice family room, clean, and super helpful owner! Also perfectly located in Cat Ba city.

Almost no hot water, but suppose it was a temporary issue.
