I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brigadier's Cottage in Mussorie, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The location of the cottage is simply mesmerizing, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a serene and pristine atmosphere. If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect place for you. The rooms at Brigadeir's Cottage are not only spacious but also possess a charming appeal. The airy ambiance adds to the overall comfort, making it an ideal retreat after a long day of exploration. Additionally, the ample parking space provided is definitely a plus point. Now let's talk about the food! The culinary delights at Brigadeir's Cottage are out of this world. We relished every meal we had at the property, to the extent that we were tempted to dine exclusively at the cottage rather than venturing elsewhere. The flavors, quality, and variety were absolutely exceptional. However, what truly sets this property apart is the impeccable hospitality. The entire staff, including the owner Aseem, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Aseem personally greeted us upon arrival and shared valuable suggestions for local attractions, including hidden gems for lunch and village walks. His warm and friendly demeanor made him the epitome of a flawless host. I have no reservations whatsoever in highly recommending Brigadiers Cottage to everyone seeking an unforgettable getaway. Whether it's the picturesque location, the airy and spacious rooms, the extraordinary food, or the exceptional hospitality, this property has it all. the location, especially the entrance, very steep especially for old people and those with movement disabilities

I liked the property overall the behaviours of the satff including Neetu and Aseem was good and their engagement with guest was also sweet and nice , caring people

Food Quality and being a homesaty the pricing is too high, i do not mind paying more but it should match with overall experience during stay

The hosts were extremely hospitable and very attentive to any requirement we had. The cottage was in the midst of a fairly built-up area but the peace and quiet once in the room/balcony was just perfect. You wouldn't know what was happening around you once you were nicely tucked into this cottage!

The food was wholesome but just a little more attention to detail would have made the food much better. Also, considering the local cuisine in the region is such a delicacy, I wonder whether the local staff hired on the property can be motivated to include at least one local dish (ingredients and/or preparation) in the menu every day.

The owners Neetu and Aseem are a great couple. We felt we were family there, not Guests. They extended their Company to us at all time and took personal care of my grandson and Me. The location was Beautiful.

The cottage is quite far from Dehradun Airport, which is the only fast way to travel from Mumbai. It's also far from most tourist spots.
