Very good value for money and great location. Staff were super nice and property had everything we needed.

Everything! Perfect location to reach the beach and local warung. Clean room and comfortable bed in a very nice setting. But above all the kindness of the owners, always available for any request. We booked the fast boat to Sanur and the owner dropped us off at check-in, I recommend booking the private boat with them for snorkeling, we were on a fisherman's boat that took us to 3 different spots including manta bay. It was amazing.

The location is perfect. Once you have dropped the dice and chosen the Homestay, you give up some comfort inside the house and in the vicinity. Inside, warm water is basic even if you use the cold, but it is an essential part of comfort. The potable water is a Global issue, so it is not a question of having or not.. The condition of toilet. shower, the equipment and tools, eg, rusty or dirty, maybe off-used, disgusting to touch, etc. All or any of these can be a degree of comfort and rejection, a guest may react. Some of these were present. Though bearable and I can live with. I reckon a small investment is required to achieve a sensible shift in the degree of comfort, for a better evaluation. Besides, I strongly emphasise the bed. It is awesome. I have slept fully relaxed in it. The room is clean and tidy, since it is made and cleaned perfectly every morning. Yes, the towel. It is puffy and smooth and gives the sense that it was a Macy's quality, not a Chin market piece for twopence. The vicinity. The four or five beauty lagoons are in steps. The Hidden, for me, is the peek, the Secret is the perfect, the Mushroom is the port and strand and bars, aka all pleasure and leisure within 5 min' distance. The value you earn is the real untouched nature from root to bay stone to branches in a tropical forest. Love it. The cooks and chefs in the nearby warungs. They are perfect hosts and cherish waiters who pile up the Indonesian dishes in the tastiest forms. Worth eating out in these restaurants. So in the center of all of these adventures, there is BBS Homestay with the good location, easy to find and reach, perfectly calm and beautiful in its sens of Hindu temple court establishment and the room comfort what really is not lacking anything for the Indonesian islands proved all treasures you forget issues for sure.

The water block, the shower, the sewage system, the taps, and the basin are all outfitted. The warm water is now not a question of a mighty investment, and the gain in comfort is radical. The flash-flowing boiler, aka water-heater, in each bathroom can be installed for really nuts.

I really enjoyed my stay at BBS. The staff were lovely and super helpful with any questions I had (they werent always there - but that didn't bother me)! The place was also nice and clean.

This place is located near Mushroom Bay, a lot further away from the main area of Nusa Lembongan (Jungut Batu Beach). I did learn to ride a scooter around this island as the places I wanted to visit were a lot further away than where I had booked to stay (and taxis are a lot more expensive on this island than in Bali).

what not to like a good price

Everything was good for the price we pay. The only bad thing that we saw when we did the check out was while we were waiting for the time to take the ferry, they were cleaning the room and we noticed that they hadn't changed the sheets. So we assume they didn't change them when the previous guests left either. But you get what you paid so...
