The location was acceptable. Easy to access inside. The tenant next-door greeted us and was nice to chat with.

The beds were disgusting. I tried to contacting the homeowner, but it was late. We left almost immediately. There was lots of hair and stains in the bed. My wife and I were grossed out instantly. Didn’t even look in the bathroom, thankfully. It needs new sheets. I wouldn’t even sit on the bed fully clothed if I had the opportunity. I am in no way religious and don’t mind anybody’s belief…. you are free to do as you please, but as a shared home rental, don’t you think you would pull the Jesus pieces into your private areas?? I have sent photos and emailed Booking.com twice now with no response and the homeowner was oblivious to my complaints and did nothing for me. Booking.com sent me a $35 refund when the two rooms cost me over $300. I found this very unacceptable. I quickly realized that $150-$200 per room per night doesn’t get you any bit of quality in Arizona. I am disappointed to say the least. I am also disappointed that I did not get better pictures of the filth to share.

Nothing. I booked a stay and the check in time came and passed. I never got to check in

The host was unavailable until several hours after my check in time. I had to book another reservation and wait almost two weeks for my refund

Absolutely nothing!!

Everything! It’s infested with roaches! And bed bugs. There were roches coming out of the shower drain. Nothing worked! There was no hot water! The small fridge didn’t work. TV didn’t work! And they did nothing to accommodate.

TV restricted, wrong code when I arrived and no paper on toilet when need it. Because shared bathroom sometime occupied when need it.

The owners were amazing. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Very clean and very private. Thank you very much. The check in was super easy and customer support was excellent. Thank you for the hospitality.
