Lovely home from home stay, lovely hostess whom encouraged to treat her home like your own Thank you

The location is good with nearby bus station and shopping mall. The price attracted me much.

The owner put too much stuff in the kitchen and bothroom while you barely find something you can use. They might be left from previous tenant.

The smart TV in the room. Was great to get me through the first night.

First thing that greeted me after collecting the keys from the lockbox and entering the house was an overwhelming smell of old cat food and something worse. Secondly, I saw what was worse and that was either cat poo or cat vomit on the carpet. Next thing that I saw was an anti-cockroach spray on the kitchen counter. Great. After finding my room I had a look at the bathroom and toilet: clearly hasn't been cleaned for several days, if not more. I could not find another accommodation for the first night as I arrived late so had to stay. I left after one night and told the host why. No refund of course, simple apologies and the offer to clean the next day. Saying it was like that because the host was out of town- it's no excuse. Also, not near city centre but still very noisy. Communication with host prior to stay were automated messages. I asked for help with public transport twice. No reply the first time and links to public transport websites the second time (I had already done that myself). Would've been great to at least get information what the nearest train/bus station was. All in all: worst ever experience on booking for me.

Everything was so good! Cosy room and comfortable bed. Everything available in the kitchen and even more! Super calm and relaxing neighbourhood. Bus station is not far. Everything was described very well and with a lot of efforts, so the self check was easy and also finding everything in the house.

No AC but this is too much to ask for such a nice place. To go to the city walking is too far so you have to take the bus, but thats frequent so still okay.
