Best area for holiday alone in Seminyak area, close to shop, close to the beach, easy to find transport, and owner has rent for bike and good price. And laundry area close to.

big room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, clean, fridge, small shared kitchen with plates and cutlery. I think there's also free drinking water

思ったより部屋が広く、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。隣りの部屋とも、お互いのバスルームを挟んでいるので、騒音もなく、ぐっすり眠れました。スタッフも親切丁寧で、良かったです。

3階の部屋になってしまったので、スーツケースを運ぶの躊躇していたら、スタッフの方が運んで下さりました。カラオケが近くでやっているので、22時くらいまで騒がしいが、その後は静かでしたので、問題ありましたでした。ケトルやウォーターサーバーなどがあれば、尚良かったです。

I just had an enjoyable 3 night stay in this great value homestay in Seminyak. It's down a little alley behind a temple and hence is well shielded from the noisy street. The rooms go up to 3 floors and are really packed into the space there isn't much of a leafy courtyard to speak of. Lovely owners and my room was comfy, clean and quiet. Good pressure and hot water. About a 10 min stroll to the beach. Shops, bars, cafes, eateries are all on your doorstep.

A few niggles but no deal breakers. The ubiquitous musty smell of the room. No bathroom fan. There are way too many scooters parked in the courtyard. The in-house dog is a grump who likes to howl at odd times when people are asleep. It's usually over in a few seconds but that's all it takes to be woken up unnecessarily.

Great location, the family that run this place are extremely friendly and helpful, room was very spacious and clean.

Slow response staff, dirty facilities, old buildings, and the area not peaceful (very loud).
