We had the best time staying with Nicki and his family. The bungalows are simple bamboo style and open out on to gorgeous rice fields. Every morning you are greeted with a delicious breakfast and coffee from mum. Nicki and his father Hamdani are very knowledgeable people, it is so easy to spend time talking to them. If you want a genuine local experience you should definitely stay here, and spend the day doing a tour with Nicki. We felt so lucky to stay with such a beautiful family, and to be welcomed in to a village filled with amazing people. We left Farmer homestay with many new friends and family, thankyou for everything and see you again soon ❤️❤️

Nous avons tout aimé, que ce soit l'accueil, la propreté de la chambre, la cuisine sur place.. etc On se sent vraiment comme chez nous, la famille vous intègre très bien. Nous avons passé la journée avec Niki pour visiter plein de belles choses aux alentours, merci à lui c'était super. Grâce à eux, nous avons même pû suivre le défilé la veille du national day.

J’ai passé 3 nuits et ce fut un des meilleurs moments de mon voyage. La famille est très accueillante, on y mange extrêmement bien et on est plongé au cœur de Tetebatu et de ses rizières. Le tour fait par Niki est super on y apprend beaucoup et cela nous permet d’échanger avec les locaux. Je recommande fortement cet endroit! On s’y sent extrêmement bien

I'm so grateful I stayed at Farmer Homestay for two nights. Niki and his family were so welcoming, Niki showed me Tetebatu (the rice fields, the waterfall, the monkey forest with the black monkeys) and he's a very good guide 😊 he also showed me and another client a very cute café that belongs to a friend of his, ask him to bring you there (he'll know which one I talk about)! We had great conversations with Niki, and for two nights, the Farmer Homestay felt almost like home (we even met Niki's childhood friends)! The 2 days spent there were the best of my trip, just because I had such a great time there! It's not a luxurious homestay but if you want to meet locals and connect more with the Indonesian/Lombok culture, it's great, and it's in a very quiet area, I slept very well there :) And the food was also very good, everything was cooked by his mom! I was a bit sad to leave :( Thank you again to Niki and his family! Wish you all the best for the future and hope to hear from you again! And Niki, please continue to make these little videos, you're so talented!! 😉 Terima Kasih!!!

Farmer Homestay really made me feel like at home 🥹 I am so thankful to all the family there, for making us feel comfortable all the time and doing their best. Simple life but it is the beauty of the Farmer Homestay. It is the best opportunity to experience real local life, not only the family but also the whole village was so kind and everyone was welcoming ♥️ But my special thanks goes to Niki! He is one of my best friends now 😂 It was great to have a tour around with him, he explains well and shows beautiful places and sharing memories together and having conversations with him was so easy! Food at the homestay also so good, I should thank mom for that, she is really an amazing cook 🥰 People! Niki is so talented and don't forget to ask him take videos for because he is a great videographer and he is really good at editing as well! You wouldn't regret seeing his work!!! Thank you everyone, Niki, and it was also great to meet the friends there 🥹 Now I feel like I have a big friend group, many "kanka" in Lombok and I know that one day I'll meet you all again!
